Yes, I’ve shot a gun. Yes, I went shooting with my lead pastor yesterday (and I’m a worship pastor, so do I get extra points?). It was a blast (see what I did there?).

It’s about a 5 minute video. the shootin stuff is near the end, but I didn’t want everyone to think that this is all we did at Man Camp this year… That’s our Lead Pastor at 0:59.

It blows my mind when people ask this question. Not there’s anything wrong with NOT having shot a gun before, but I’ve grown up in rural Florida. I got a bb gun when I was 4 years old and my first shotgun at 6. Needless to say at 20 years old, I’ve shot more than a few.

Yes, I’ve shot a gun, way more times than I can count. I own several. I’m also a worship pastor. I also have a concealed carry permit. I’ve never shot a gun w/ my Pastor, however. He’s Texan, but no guns for him… an interesting fact. I didn’t know there were Texans that didn’t like guns, lol!

Our men’s group had a fourwheelers, firearms and fellowship day! I heard it was a great day with plenty of ammunition wasted by all!

HAHA!! Love it. We’ve got a men’s group at our church that shots guns. y’all are a bunch of rednecks. Ain’t no shame in that neither.
