Los, I have been so looking forward to what you were going to do this year! I didn’t participate in your sexyback12 movement last year and regretted it, but I woke up yesterday determined to truly grow in my life! So stoked (do people even say that anymore?). Anyway, here are mine:

    Year Goals:

    1. Move away from “I want to be a writer” to “I am a writer”. Thus, actually read (and study) those books I have on the subject, study what folks the likes of Micheal Hyatt and others have put out there, and, most importantly, WRITE! (or type as the case may be!)

    2. Get back into my pre-injury, semi-pro football shape. I may never be able to get out there and slam it on the grid iron with other female athletes but I will be stong again!

    3. Focus on God first and foremost. Basically, grow spiritually the way God has intended for me to do. Change my worship from doing it when I feel like it or from being on solely on those occassions when a certain moment or songs bring it out of me to those times when God feels like it. (Like at 445 this morning when I am fairly certain He woke me up, kept me awake for nearly an hour and I like a spoiled child moaned, complained, and finally ignored Him).

    This Weeks Goals:

    1. Finish setting up and finally post the first entry into the blog url I have had for almost two years now.

    2. Go fill that prescription for a new knee brace that has been sitting by the front door table for a month.

    3. Read the Bible and a resource book of some type every day, no matter the time and despite whether I feel like it or not!

This was long, I know, sorry. I will try to make it shorter from here on out, but no promises. :D
