If you could had a little screen that let you look through another persons eyes for a day…

Who’s eyes would you look through?

    I’ll go first…
    I’d have to say Obama’s.
Because I want to know how many times a day he looks straight up and how many times a day he looks straight down.

I’d look through my son’s eyes. He is autistic, has ADHD, and is blind. I’d like to be able to really know how he feels and how he sees life.

I think I would pick my wife. I want to, at least I think I do, see how she sees me and how I am doing as a husband.

I would love to look through my husbands eyes. To be able to see exactly how he sees me. To see why he says I am so amazing, when I feel so much less than amazing most days.

I was going to say my Husband, too, because his outlook on life is so much more positive than mine, and because his Christian conviction is so much stronger.

The Lord wants him to be the spiritual leader of your home, so walk with him. :) Allow your husbands guidance to lead you closer and closer to the Lord. Blessings on you both Lucy!

I would like to look through my therapist’s eyes. I think that would help me just as much as actual therapy.

Probably my wife’s. then maybe I could work out why she’s always calling me a dufus!

I would want to see what my wife sees. I feel like it would help me be more understanding…

One of the children that recently lived in my group home use to have serious hallucinations. He lived in fear, seeing and hearing “the devil” daily. We would pray often, and I believe this kid had as much faith as a lower-functioning, psychotic kid )with a chronic abuse history) could possibly have. But the voices and visions never stopped. Sometimes we would pray and he’d cry, saying the devil was in the room telling him we must stop praying or he’d kill the boy’s mother. As terrifying as it would most likely be, I want to see through his eyes, wondering, what was he seeing and hearing and whether or not knowing would help me walk alongside him in his journey.

Either my pastor’s eyes or my mentor’s eyes… I want to experience the passion, vision, and spiritual clarity of my pastor. I want to see through my mentor’s eyes, because I want to see how someone I look up to and respect, views me.
